What does it cost?
It costs just $0.75 per bid and the more you buy the more bonus bids you get to use on any auction.
How do I purchase bids?
Click here "Bid Packages" on the top right hand corner of page to purchase bids. The minimum purchase is 25 bids.
How do I bid?
Find the item you want to bid on and click on bid. You must be signed in to bidtent.com in order to bid.
When does an auction end?
All auctions start with a time limit. Each time someone bids on an item, the timer has 30 seconds added to it. When there is no one else willing to bid on the item, the current high bidder wins when time runs out!
What kind of items do you have?
We have only brand new merchandise and gift/cash cards to the places you want to go. Sometimes we will have special auctions that we will inform you about in advance!
What are the auction types? Do you have reserves?
All auctions are penny auctions with a reset time of 30 seconds. We have no reserves on any of our items.
How long will it take to get my stuff?
It could take up to 7 days to get the item you won. Tracking/confirmation will be provided upon shipping.
Can I return anything?
Sure! However, bids are non-refundable. You can returned un-opened merchandise or unused gift cards for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you return an item your bids placed on that item will not be returned. If the item is damaged a replacement will be sent upon verification that item is damaged.
Is there a warranty on any of the products sold?
The standard manufacturer’s warranty will apply to any product that carries a warranty.
Can I have multiple accounts?
Bidders are allowed only 1 account per physical address and 1 account per e-mail address. Any bidders found to have multiple accounts will have their winning auctions voided.
How do the rewards work?
When you purchase bids you receive bid points. You receive one bid point per paid bid. You can check out the rewards page under "Action Info" on the top of the page. You can use your rewards points for gift cards and other great items. It's our way of saying thanks for bidding with us.
How does the referral program work?
When you referral registers, they will need to put your e-mail or user-name into the referral box. This will be the only way we know you referred that person. After they purchase their first bid pack, we will put 10 free bids into your account for you to use on any auction. There is no limit to the amount of referrals you can have.
